Important Update 27/5/2020

Further to the announcements made by the Government in recent days and after checking with Governing Bodies in our industry it has now been confirmed that some of our operations can recommence. In line with this advice, we are pleased to announce that we are beginning a phased re-opening of our showrooms and are looking to resume making home appointments and resuming installations shortly.

Dream Installations Covid-19 Safe Operating Procedures

Strictly adhering to the latest Government guidance, the steps and measures we are taking at our office, trade counter, showrooms and appointments include:

  • Training on the safe operating procedures given to all staff
  • Any employee showing COVID-19 symptoms remaining at home
  • All employees regularly washing their hands with hand sanitiser
  • Sanitising all hard surfaces and high traffic areas twice a day
  • All installers/showroom staff/managers utilising disposable masks and gloves when working within 2.0m of others isn’t possible
  • All visitors kept to a minimum on an appointment-only basis

Please note: Under the current Government guidance we will not be attending home appointments or carrying out work in a household where someone has symptoms, or where there are vulnerable people, for example, the over 70’s or those asked to shield.

Business Update 24/03/2020

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement last night regarding COVID-19 we will be closing with immediate effect. In addition, the office will be temporarily closed, with only a skeleton team working remotely, picking up emails & dealing with quotations & enquiries where possible.

The health and safety of our Employees and Customers are our number one priority and I urge you all to follow the Government’s request.

As of March 24th 2020 we are no longer carrying out installations for the time being. We understand how difficult this will be and how it may affect some of our clients, however as a business that has always tried to do the right thing we must protect our staff, clients & suppliers as well as the wider community we work in. Our management team will be in touch with you directly should this affect an order that you have placed with us.

We do not wish to let anyone down, however, given the current circumstances, and the Prime Minister’s request to only make essential travel, we believe it the right thing to do for the safety of the nation to temporarily cease working.

Our enquiries team are working remotely and are on hand to answer any queries you may have. However, we will not book or carry out any installations until it is deemed safe to do so.
If you wish to book an installation for later in the year, we will honour any price given during consultation.

For any urgent communication with us please use our contact form on the website or our enquiries email address below which will be checked intermittently, I would respectfully ask everyone to be as understanding as possible throughout the temporary closure of our business.

We will continuously review the situation, taking advice from Public Health England, and we will keep you updated, regarding the reopening of Dream Installations. The re-opening date is unknown at this time but we hope for it to be very soon.

The coming weeks and months will be challenging for all of us and we sincerely thank you for your support and wish you and your families good health.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us, stay safe, stay positive and look after your families.

Kind Regards,

Glenn & Roy
